It was a long time ago.
About 18 years ago, I was the chosen one... by Public Service Department or JPA, to further my study oversea.
Yes, I am the product of New Economic Policy (DEB).
And they offered me to do the first Degree in France.
What? Why France?
I had no idea why.
But that was how I learned to speak French.
I took 1 year preparation course in Malaysia and then off they sent me to France.
why loaf..? cos 'love' is not available...not a story of a loaf though...
